    I have Win7 (64bit) SP1
When I try to run Borderlands 3 on PC, it immediately crashes to me

I say right away that I haven't downloaded any Windows updates through Windows Update yet (I recently made a format) so it's highly likely that I would have to do this to make the problem go away, but I really avoid it like fire (other games like CS: GO, and various other they work and believe me without it), because I know how much they can silt my computer. So I need a more precise action here and remove the problem itself, and not throw the baby out with the bathwater by the way. I read on the net about similar alerts concerning the kernel32 library and it was often recommended to install some KB update there .......
I know that in the description of the requirements, the game tells you to install the latest Service Pack (whatever is behind it). As far as I know, there is only one officially - the first one, which I installed right after the format. I also read that there is some unofficial SP2 that hides under a specific update package KB3125574 . Unfortunately, I tried to apply it on my computer, i.e. this update for both 64 bit and x86 processors ( look here ) - in both cases it resulted in the display of:

That's what I read, but his procedure is different. And unfortunately for my procedure (AddDllDirectory) I did not find any mention in google (even in English pages), so I am writing my post. Btw. I updated my 1st post, so check the links again to find out about my problem and attempts to eliminate it. A possible DirectX12 problem for this game is described here Link - unfortunately, the path where this file is located, described in the article, applies to Win 10 :( . But it seems to me that the Epic Games Launcher on which only this game is available in the PC version should detect my OS and adjust the game to run on this OS (i.e. set to Dx11 because it is known that Win 7 does not support Dx12). After all, this is probably what Launchers are for to run the game without any problems. For comparison, I have no problems with all Steam games, even though I do not have any updates installed (not including the required SP1, NET Frameworks and C ++ owls and sometimes some Windows 7 Platforms). And all devices that require Windows drivers, which I sometimes have to connect to the computer, I install without any problems thanks to this beautiful option:

Because by default, unfortunately, this lower option is set - so that it does not search for anything in Windows Update

Why don't you check what I wrote - you installed the update KB2533623 - she fixes the problem with AddDllDirectory .
