Hello,
I am finishing a contract with Tauron and I am at a crossroads in what offer to extend it. In general, I am not interested in any services such as an electrician 24 hours a day, etc. to the current time, Tauron forcibly pushes each option. I am also not willing to pay tribute in the form of the so-called "fixed rate" or, as it is called, the trade fee. I found an interesting option about which, of course, we will not find out from the supplier or the hotline - G11 comfortable house or the seller's tariff. Apparently more expensive kWh, but we do not pay the aforementioned trade fee (which will increase over time) and at the same time, with my consumption of about 250kWh per month, I will still get a few zlotys less than the proposed seller's contracts - just for the offer "EKO current"! where as if he understands well for the entire period of the contract, we get a discount on electricity in a percentage of not less than 10%, there is of course a popular subscription fee, but it will still come out a little less than with the seller's tariff option. My question is, does anyone use such an agreement? Is it really so that the given kWh rate has a 10% discount and nowhere can I explain what can physically change in my case with eco current? of course, I get a certificate, etc. (which interests me little) and the power supply itself, are there no major interruptions in the supply, etc.?
Another thing that I read on the forums is that eco electricity theoretically should be more expensive than normal delivery, and here it is KIND OF otherwise? hmm
In the attachment, the Tauron current EKO contract with the conclusion for 3 years and below is a link to my second option seller tariff
