Since I got rid of the last power-hungry device, I decided to change the tariff from G12k to G11.
As the epidemic is closed offices, the remaining route is via e-mail or e-mail.
Easy? Apparently so .... The correspondence lasted for a month and a half, I wanted the G11 and they sent me the G12k offer several times ...
In the end, I wrote quite a sharp letter that I know what I want - only G11.
Okay - accepted for implementation .... A fitter came, reprogrammed the meter and approx.
The invoice came mixed, you can't really figure out what's going on, but that the amount is acceptable, so OK. .
I check the ebok account - G11k! I did not order, I wrote clearly that I do not want any comprehensive agreement.
Now I'm waiting for the invoice for the "clean" G11 - we'll see what will be there.

I have a question: How is G11 different from G11k?

The main difference is that the G11 tariff is "regular" (ie the normal way of billing for consumption) and the G11k tariff includes special offers or promotions that are usually limited in time. These can be bonuses (e.g. cheap hours) or a periodic guarantee of a fixed price (e.g. two years) or other additional services (free electrician). The price of 1kWh of energy in the G11 tariff is therefore different than in the G11k tariff. You have to read the contract carefully and check what your energy supplier offers and calculate what is more profitable. Perhaps it will turn out to be worth giving up the bonuses and trading fee?

The problem is that the contract was not sent to me and all questions about this difference are disposed of and I only hear peans about the G11k.
Now I am waiting for the invoice and I will see what will be there because I ordered it in writing G11 .
It would only be good to know because the information on the energy page is very incomplete or out of date.

The full fare MUST be available on your provider's website. These are not documents that can be hidden.

It is difficult to comment on because of the lack of any particulars. It is best to direct a specific question to the supplier in writing (by letter or e-mail). It will be much easier to refer to the text of the answer - it is a more specific and less fleeting answer than a telephone conversation.

    Hello.
Has the colleague managed to do something?
I am in a very similar situation (rewriting the contract that was originally on G12 and I was stuck with G11k when changing the tariff to G11).
I already know that this "slight" difference will cost me PLN 30-35 a month. As my colleague mentioned, finding specific information on the website is almost a miracle and I do not really know how to bite this topic.
I will be very grateful for any information.
    Best regards.

The topic was a bit clearer for me.

First of all, in the points of BOK they insist that something like ordinary G11 can no longer offer - a lie, of course.

Secondly, you won't find any information on this subject on the official website - it's a waste of time.

Third, I found the solution to the problem here:
    https://www.wykop.pl/wpis/51790963/hejka-musz...e-licznik-w-energa-i-pytan/#comment-183631935

In short, it looks like this: we enter the on-line forms available on the ENERGA website:
    https://www.energa.pl/dom/formularze-taryfowe/formularze-osd.html

There, we have the option to choose a form to change the tariff and we do so. We fill in all the fields, choosing the G11 tariff and indicate that we do not want any additional options. At the end, we send the form, and after a few hours I had the decision to change the offer by e-mail.

NOTE No.1 - these forms are available in various places on the website and with information from other victims, like the same form, but there are no options to choose from - including the one we are looking for, of course, i.e. G11 without additional offers.
NOTE 2 - from the descriptions of other people who did it, I noticed that this form and the G11 selection place without additional options are changed every now and then - it looks like a deliberate action to make customers confused what's what.
NOTE No. 3 - everything is very confusing, you have to check and make sure everything several times, even prices per kWh are given net in some places, and gross in others.
NOTE No. 4 - the change from G11k to G11 is NOT CHANGE OF THE TARIFF - only resignation from additional offers, so if someone like me had previously, for example, G12 and changed to G11 / G11k, he does not have to wait the whole year - changing the tariff can only be done once a year .

Of course, I still have a lot of uncertainty whether it will be as I wanted now. In fact, you have to wait 2-3 months for the next invoice and only then will it be clear if everything is successful.

If everything you described is true, the matter should be immediately reported to the ERO office. The offer must be simple, legible and easy to compare with others, and any confusion, concealing forms or manipulating gross and net prices are prohibited.

Unfortunately, yes, just look at the forums how many people have similar problems with offers from ENERGA.

Best of all, over the past 5/6 years I have signed three different contracts with them (for different collection points). The first contract was still without problems, while the second one was a problem (and it was for 4 years because it was for a definite period) - it was stupid for me how much I let myself be put into raspberries. Going to BOK for the third time I knew what to watch out for and what to watch for, and yet I cut the G11k. The worst thing is that since I fell for it (and it seems to me that I understand such issues quite well) then older people have problems, etc. One more thing that amazes me is that there are similar practices in every BOK ENERGA.

Well, in the option I have a meter, when choosing a tariff group, you can not choose anything.
There is only this, you cannot change anything, you cannot click on anything. The next page is a summary. It is not even known what tariff you chose because it is not in the summary either.
Only if you choose the option that I do not have a meter and in fact I have it, whether this contract will be valid or worse, I will have 2 contracts and two meters

Don't be afraid, even they'll find out that you already have a meter. ;-)

After the change, you will get a text message and e-mail, such as:
We process your request and verify it.
And if you have any questions, we will contact you.

All you have to do is give a real e-mail and the phone you answer. ;-)

That they will figure it out, I can guess. However, I wonder if the client wishes a second new contract with a new meter and whether they will implement it. After all, who forbids the rich to have several meters at one address and to pay x times fixed, variable and other fees that people with higher technical education do not always understand.

Artaa, do you already have a new contract signed, or have you just filled out this application and waiting?

I filled out the form exactly on October 11, 2020, so the day before you and now I checked that everything is still available.

The fact that you can't find it proves that in various places on their website it only displays selected forms (and with selected options) - for them, the fewer people find it, the better ...

I go through this link (and there is now available "Change tariff group"):

After chatting with energy, I started doing as the consultant instructed. So I chose the Energa-Obrót SA tariff. In fact, a 0 PLN trade fee appears at the bottom of the page. After selecting the e-invoice (I think), even a commercial fee of PLN -5 (minus PLN 5) appears. Everything seems to be good, but this tariff guarantees a constant electricity price for a year. The question in which payment will be made against this guarantee. Somehow, I don't believe they would give me a high five yet, especially after I found out what a trade fee is. [img] https://obrazki.elektroda.pl/3796166400_160 2870258_thumb.jpg [/ img]
By the way, is there at least one wise one who embraces all these fixed, variable, commercial, quality, co-generation, oze, transitional and subscription fees? There are 8 (!!!) items in total. The 9th position is the price of the energy I used. Do there have to be so many items? I buy electricity from them.
I have an account from MWiK with only two items:
    - water
    - sewage
    Can you transparently? You can.

Yes, I'm sure, that's why I'm surprised. I was told in the chat that there is no trade fee, but as you write, there is an "add-on", a guarantee of a fixed price. Like such a trifle and there is probably a "warranty" fee for it greater than the estimated increase in electricity for 12 months.
I wonder how it will all turn out for you. I look forward to comparing all the old and new items on your invoice. Is it cheaper or more expensive.
From another source (also Energa) I found out that in order to get off the G11k and enter the G11 one has to march to the side, terminate the old contract and sign a new one. Apparently the 21st century, internet, telephones, couriers and you have to personally bother to arrange such a basic thing. Sometimes when someone has several dozen kilometers to the side - half a day is wasted.
I have a trade fee of "only" PLN 8 net for one month. Apparently, others have even several times higher. Do you have a higher one? Somehow I am afraid to click on these forms so that sometimes I do not enter the maximum rates of the trade fee.

I join the question of whether you can still choose the pure g11 tariff and not g11k. For days I will be rewriting the counter after buying a flat in BOK and I would like to know what to do so that they do not press g11k with a trade fee.

Surprisingly, when choosing the option without a trade fee, there is "I choose up to 12 months of fixed electricity price guarantee", but the price is PLN 0.3569 gross, which is equal to PLN 0.2902 net + 23% VAT. So, in general, the price is OK (maybe they hedge themselves if the electricity price drops?!?!). In any other variant, the price is higher and a trade fee of about PLN 20-30 is added.

@ pawel-jwe thanks for the info, today I did exactly the same and I also chose the usual Energa Rotation tariff without promotion only 12 months price guarantee. The good thing is that the contract is concluded for an indefinite period, all other offers are a 24-month contract. Additionally, in the Energa-Turnover offer, the trade fee is actually 0. But I had to go to the website and at the very bottom I searched SERVICE - Energa Rotation tariff, then again at the bottom, order our tariff - check and I have selected the options, I already have a counter and fill in the application, because I was rewriting, and I got to the screen where you choose the "worst" option, because it is grayed out without colors, energy rotation.

If you have a fixed-term contract, they will certainly charge you a fine and the PLN 7 / month is even very little.
When I signed the contract 5 years ago (also "embedded"), the penalty was PLN 50 / month, so for me it was not worth doing anything because I would lose even more. If it is actually PLN 7, then count it carefully, because it may still be more profitable.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a user's experience with changing their electricity tariff from G12k to G11 with Energa. The user faced challenges in the process, including receiving incorrect offers (G12k instead of G11) and confusion regarding the differences between G11 and G11k tariffs. Participants shared insights on the nature of these tariffs, with G11 being a standard billing option and G11k including additional services and fees. Many users reported difficulties in accessing the G11 tariff, often being pushed towards G11k, which includes a commercial fee. Solutions discussed included submitting formal requests for tariff changes, contacting customer service, and filing complaints with consumer protection agencies. The conversation highlighted the importance of understanding contract terms and the potential penalties for breaking contracts.
