    Hello,
Today, while taking a bath in my shower, unfortunately something shot up because of my weight, I collapsed and I saw that the leg was sitting in the paddling pool, i.e. the base of the paddling pool broke + a crack in the paddling pool appeared, which causes a large hole in the paddling pool to open when pressure is applied.

Is it possible to fix it somehow or is it left for me to completely disassemble the entire cabin and remove the shower tray to replace the base? I would like to add that the base of the shower tray has collapsed / broken only in one place, measuring about 20 cm2. The rest of the shower tray, including the base, is intact and not cracked.

How to fix it? I cannot fully use the shower cubicle now because the water is escaping into that burst hole.

Greet and wait for a reply,
    Mat.

It cannot be repaired without disassembly. You can put a fiberglass mat on the resin from below. Why was there nothing placed under the paddling pool to support it ???

It was just bursting :-) so many years used, my weight also did its job. The base of the paddling pool has cracked from the bottom in the place where it broke, in other places of the paddling pool the base is complete and I can stand normally.

At this point, I only press lightly and it collapses at once and a huge gap appears, the base underneath all cracked in this place - on the rest of the paddling pool, the base is still firmly held and nothing bends.

The paddling pool is high, so I guess you can take the white plastic off and get underneath to pry something where the base broke ???

You can try to stick. The foam is a good idea to put something on the bottom. And try to glue if not the resin mat from the top to the matted surface, but there will be a bulge. Mo knows then apply a gel and polish but I would start with the easiest and least troublesome things.

It should be pulled off, if not, cut it and you will get underneath and you can easily fix it. Place the glue and approx.

You can stick a PVC or ceramic tile on a sikaflex which will simultaneously seal and support it from the bottom, start by removing the cover.

I would replace it with a new one. Probably after disassembly, other damages will come to light and that's how it will end, unless the shower tray is valuable and there is no replacement on the market.

I have already done the repair and everything turned out elegant except ... the shower tray turned upwards to a height of 1 cm in the place where it broke, I guess I gave too much foam ... can I leave it like that? Will the paddling pool break from such a bulge? Of course, I used low-pressure foam and gave the same amount everywhere and it just bulged, made a burchel 1cm high where it broke.
Can you leave it this way? When I walk on this bouchel, the paddling pool behaves like a spring sponge.

Of course, I also put suporex blocks under the paddling pool, that is - the height of the paddling pool is 15 cm, the depth is 4 cm, so where is the frame for the legs of this paddling pool, I gave hollow bricks 10 cm high in 4 places next to the legs so that I would never have to do it again - it gave 1 cm distance between the paddling pool and the blocks - and this 1 cm one was filled with SOUDAL GENIUS GUN low-pressure foam - I gave everything in layers to fill each gap, that is - I gave one layer, waited for it to dry, then another layer, etc. Later, of course, I left a 5-liter bottle of water on the paddling pool to weight it down and it's okay everywhere, I just swelled in the place where it was cracked, i.e. a burchel formed almost 1 cm high, which springs up when I walk on it, but nothing broke.

Can I leave it like this? Won't this paddling pool burst through this burchel when it is walked on?

My mistake - I forgot to load the cracked area after applying the foam and it pushed up where it was cracked. :-P
