    Hello.

I am looking for a duroplast adhesive. I want to glue a cracked toilet seat. On the Trabant forum I read that it sticks together with adhesive and sealants. Boll, APP, Soudal masses were recommended there. However, they are all available in large 300 ml tubes. I need a small package like Super Glue. Besides, for example on Soudal it is written that it is not suitable for PP and EP. I know that duroplast is some kind of polymer, but I do not know what and whether it is PP / PE (?). The sources I found say that it is resin + wool or cotton. But Pattex, which doesn't seem to stick to PP / PE / PTFE, didn't catch it ... and now I feel a bit lost ...

I will be grateful for your help.

    Best regards,
    J.

Maybe this one is only 20g:

Monolith CX 16-5 - bonding thermoplastics and thermosets
    Bonding of thermoplastics and duroplastics.

Do you read the topic at all or do you write for the sake of writing?

    Polyolefins are not thermosets.

But what Pattex? This company makes a lot of adhesives. These three polymers can hardly be caught by any glue.
Unfortunately, I don't know what your board is from, you write about a therapist, but I don't know if it's a proper name or not. A material called Duroplast is a phenolic resin with a fleece. Thermosets, in turn, are a group of non-melting polymers with high mechanical properties.
What is it to stick with? Epoxy resin, polyester resin, Distalem, Poxipol, etc. In other words, we glue duromer with a different type of duromer.
