A9UV 1Y power SMD - Looking for replacement for A9UV

I'm fixing a Samsung 700Z laptop, and need to find a transistor that has burnt out. It has the code A9UV and a secondary code 1Y. I can't find anything on it on the internet. Is there a place I can find an alternative? It is a 3 pin SMD and is near the power socket. I originally fitted a new LCD panel which turned out to be the wrong model, which blew the transistor.

Provide the motherboard designation, element housing type and laminate designation (if any).

Motherboard is from a Samsung laptop with the complete designation: NP700Z3A.

There is a sticker on the motherboard with these codes:

NIKE13
BA92-09359B
0908
002012480

The package is an SOT-23.
There is no laminate designation.
