Some interference probably won't help much but I will write in my W211 I have the same symptom after switching on the rear window heating, you would have to observe what turns on in the car at this time.

I have the same in Vectra C. I wonder what it can be.

It is very possible that there is a problem with the amplifier or the antenna in the rear window. If you want, instead of the antenna on the radio, put a piece of wire and compare if it is better. It's a bit of trouble, but you have to start somewhere. If you want different advice, connect SD and do tests for radio and antenna. There are several of them there.
