I need firmware for re-flash Sharp LC-42SH7E-BK.
After resetting from the service menu, the TV does not turn on.
The backlight is on but there is no picture or menu.
Is it possible that the software was erased when performing the reset?
I have tried to install via USB with a version of the LC-42SH7E model, but the LED only blinks for a few seconds. Does not start update.
