Any error in the software, restore factory settings, as it will not help to upload a new soft. If the soft will not want to be uploaded, the memory is damaged and the phone is practically scrapped.

Samsung J3 and J5 2017 have problems with emmc memory and I tend to the last variant given by the tino2003 user. Probably a scrap phone. To be sure, win soft, you'll find out.

None of the above. Go to settings, then applications. Uninstall updates to google play services and clear their cache. Restart the phone. After rebooting, go to the play store to download new updates.

It is impossible to do it in the state of the phone. This message appears every now and then and effectively prevents you from navigating through the settings. Or he will put the soft back on, and if it fails, the phone will be in the garbage can.

It is possible, although you have to be stubborn and patient. It's not like that every time you click "close applications" or "ok", you reload on the home screen. Moreover, clicking on "about the application" should take it immediately to the right place.

So far I have not met either the j330 or the j530 with the eMMC collapsed.

I had a J3 2017 that had my memory lost a week after the warranty.

Everything is possible. Click on close and quickly the next step. If you don't want to keep data, please reset your phone and then follow the steps as described above just to be on the safe side.
