[Solved] Title: Win32/Lodi Alert: Real Threat or False Positive? (FRST Logs & Screenshot Provided)

Windows gives a message like in the picture, I am adding FRST logs. Real threat or misidentification, what should be done?

Exactly as written above. You were looking for a driver, and a highly positioned website pressed you its deceptive tool that you will probably want to install
additional unnecessary programs on the computer.
Hence the warning.

I deleted the program files from the drivers via Windows and Malwarebytes. I made a fixlist. I am sending logs, or should I do something else?
