    Good day,
I have not found such a problem on the forum that is why I am creating a topic. Similar only I have seen it described is the vacuum cleaner turns off after leaving the base and you have to hold the switch to make it work.

For me the issue is as follows - vacuum cleaner Roborock I generation purchase 2018. Currently, the affliction that befalls it is turning off after a few minutes of operation - so much so that the only solution is to carry the vacuum cleaner to the base and there after 3 seconds everything is fine, but it works (vacuums) a few minutes and the same thing. The battery level does not matter if it happens at 70%, for example, then again after starting it has 70% so it is not a battery issue. In the app itself after trying to click on anything a message appears connection time exceeded.

I don't use the app on a daily basis I just turn on the vacuum cleaner in a particular room and when it finishes I move it somewhere else. I started the application again for a long time because I thought I would find some error that gives the vacuum cleaner but unfortunately not. Brushes, filters replaced, vacuum cleaner cleaned.

    greetings
    Gorz.

    Hello
I have the same problem I searched various forums and it is probably after some update.
I through the application changed the cleaning mode from balanced to silent and now it cleans the whole thing as before.
The best thing would be to go back to the previous version of the hardware software but I did not find information whether it is possible.

Have you managed to solve the problem? I have the same thing, it appeared suddenly - the vacuum cleaner "breathes" after several minutes of work, after manually connecting to the station gets up and the app shows about 50% of the battery.
Changing the mode of operation, unfortunately, in my case did not solve anything. Battery to replace?

My robot had almost 3,000 charge cycles. I replaced the batteries and it runs like NEW.

I'll answer myself: yes, this symptom means that you need to shake the purse and buy a new battery. Replacement takes from 2 minutes, just unscrew the side brush and the lower cover.
If someone has access to cheap and reliable cells, you can try to replace them only, the housing of the factory battery is glued, but easily disassembled. In this model sits 8 pieces of LGABB41865.

Also access to a welding machine. I know that quite a few people successfully solder the cells, but in this case they sit so tightly in the battery case that, enlarged further by the height of the solders, they may simply not fit there.

Unfortunately, replacing the battery with a new one, even the original one, did not give anything. Any ideas?

I replaced the batteries and it did not help, about 2 months I corresponded with the service, described the situation, recorded a video, they could not suggest anything. No reboots help. I don't know how but according to me you need to undo the software update, if you would find someone who knows how to do it is cool.

    Hello.
Can users of this sanitizer write anything else, I have just had this symptom appear in me as well. How have they dealt with this problem? Is there anything else besides replacing the battery?

In my case, error1 appeared and I disassembled the laser, blew it out, cleaned it because there was some dust. And it works. I didn't replace anything, I found videos on the internet on how to take it apart and not damage it.
