TV Telefunken TFL49UHD19BC - No image and no sound but there is a backlight glow

Hello Gurus,

My LED TV is not working. The red light blinks 10 times when I turn the TV on. Then, there is both no image and sound but the backlight is ok.

I think it could be a corrupted firmware on the main board. So, I am looking for the firmware of a Vestel 17MB30S model main board.

The firmware can be uploaded on the TV with a USB stick.
