    I've replaced faulty power supply, now it doesn't boot.

    does the replaced power supply have the same vestel order code?

    the power supply originally mounted is a 17IPS20 23144075 or 23152101 or 23108047
    what power supply did you replace it with? surely a 17IPS20: write the vestel order code (8 numbers, starting with 23, on a white label on the power supply)

    try a usb software recovery

    copy the file upgrade_loader.pkg on an empty usb stick, and insert it in the tv
    while holding down the ok button on the remote control, plug the power cord
    and continue to hold down the ok button until the standby led starts to flash quickly
    release ok button and wait
    if the usb recovery works, at the end, tv will turn on by itself
