Request - Software for telefunken 43 vestel 17mb110

Hello im looking to reset/update my telefunken 43 inch tv that has a vestel 17mb 110 main board, tv turns on but only flashes red light.
Does anyone have the software for it please?

The matrix type should be specified

there is a sticker inside the tv: panel code should start with VES430
