Hello, when starting Fortnite I get the following error "A d3d11-compatible gpu (feature level 11.0 shader model 5.0) is required to run the engine". My graphics card is AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series, from what I looked, the card has shader model 5.0
    How to fix it?

Now? There was also Intel before? But if you only have AMD, the game should run on it.

Fortnite worked on this computer before? The card seems to meet the requirements, but the drivers are old, as is the card itself. Plus W7.

And install the drivers for the Intel card. They can even be those with Windows Update, because they will be the most reasonable. The fact that you removed the device from the manager does not change the fact what the device configuration is and it will not solve the problem.

When both cards come back, you can look for the option to switch graphics.

Refresh the device list in device manager/restart your computer and check if Intel appears.

Does this computer even have two cards? Apparently it has an integrated processor, but the specifications don't show that there are two, and the same in the manager, so installing drivers won't change anything here.

Is this the model? https://www.sony.pl/electronics/support/laptop-pc-vpc-series/vpceb3s1e/specifications because, of course, you entered the wrong designation earlier.

    But who is right?

First, this Intel card must actually appear in the device manager. Unless she wasn't there and you're missing the point ;)

previously there was one VGA card. I thought it was Intel, but nope, it's probably AMD
