OSCam Canal+ and Cline - I have a problem with receiving a program on the tuner

I have a ZGEMMA H2S tuner, a card from Canal + - Cameleon card works in it. OSCam is configured, the channels from the package I pay for are displayed correctly, but I have a problem with this tuner reading the Cline of the channels I am missing. The donor server is ok - (checked on another tuner), in the logs when I switch the channel to the one that I do not have in the package, if it finds that the card does not have permissions for this channel, the tuner cannot download the keys from the donor server and gets tired again not the Cyfra+ card.
If I turn off the READER with the Cyfra + card, there are also problems with receiving channels from "Cline". Then I observe in the tuner's web panel in the status tab that dvbapi in the LB Value/Reader entry not found (4925 ms) i.e. not found and there is a very high ping - and of course there is no image.
I searched a bit on the Internet about it, I traced the OSCam configurations, but I can't deal with it. I changed the configuration files several times, updated the tuner, etc., but it didn't help.
Does anyone know how to get the config so that the tuner receives channels both from the Canal+ card and from "Cline"?
There was no problem with it until I changed the config after I got the problem of disappearing channels from the Canal+ offer on my own equipment.
Channels from Canal+ are now displayed without a problem, but there are no those from the donor Cline.
The tuner acts as a donor for the 2 tuners I have in other rooms. And everything is fine with them. i.e. they receive keys from the Canal+ card, and what is not on it they download from "Cline", which they have configured in their oscam.server file

Why don't you restore the previous config??

And even if it was soft, it was so old that it was no longer possible to watch it.
Then the channels from my Canal+ package did not work for me. I got the problem of "disappearing channels from the "Canal+" offer.
Anticipating the question - I do not want to get rid of the card, because I have a package available for another tuner at home from it. Cline, on the other hand, gives me channels that are not included in the package. Besides, if there is a problem with the donor or the Internet, at least I have something to watch. In addition, keys from my donor tuner switch channels much faster on my client tuners than those from the Internet.

There are no appropriate entries in dvbapi.oscam I will not give it, look for it yourself because it is breaking the rules of the forum, you are using sharing.
