Why is the VAPE PEN 22 not charging and how to fix it?

Hello, I have an e-cigarette vape pen 22 unused for a month and when I wanted to light it, it was discharged, I connected it to the charger under the USB port, the red diode lights up, which means charging, but after half an hour when it should charge at least a little after turning it on 5 clicks 4 times blinking red and not working how to fix it?

Probably the battery needs to be changed.

Battery charging is complete when the red LED turns off. In addition, this equipment has a number of other protections:

5 flashes of white LED when the power button is pressed for more than 8 seconds - then it cuts the battery.
4 flashes of the white LED when the resistance (heaters or something, I'm guessing) is too low or too high - then it cuts off the battery output.
4 white LED flashes when a short circuit is detected - cuts off the battery output then.
15 flashes of the LED when the battery voltage is less than 3.3V - also cuts off the battery output to protect it from damage.

In addition, the battery indicator should flash 4 times after each "puff" according to what is written in the manual. Good luck.
