I have a huawei sun2000-4ktl-m1 inverter. When logging in to the fusion app it tells me to download the new upgrade package. I have done this and what is the next move? It does not do anything and every time I log in it displays the same message. I have logged out/in and rebooted the inverter...

I've also had this problem since yesterday.

Try to update using the SUN200 APP.

Like the predecessor, the SUN2000 app, you enter the options as below, I will just add that I have an android, I do not know how to use the AIFON .
