    Hello. Is anyone else having issues with the Fusion Solar App supporting the Huaweii Solar PV Inverter? Can't log in to the app for two months. The installer spreads his hands and claims that the manufacturer is up to something on the servers.

    Uninstall the app and download FusionSolar from the Huawei App Store, there is the latest working version. The version from the Play Store does not work and is no longer available.

    I have version 2.6.0 and it works, and I have it because it is the last version that shows the temperature of the inverter, as you can see, the apk version is not the reason it does not work.

    In December 2020, a 6.4 kW Huawei 5Kw inverter was installed and I have a similar one. The Fusionolar application gives strange data as if someone manually entered it. It overstates the results, then gives the sum of the graphs correctly, then shows that the installation works after 17:00, e.g. 4-01-2021, and adds these results too, i.e. the conclusion that my energy production is deliberately overstated. I reported it to the installer and the same answer of Huawei's fault

    Please do not worry in advance, the variations that FusionSolar shows are caused by irregularities in the Huawei cloud, this is where the data from the inverter lands, which we read in the application, we have to be patient as Huawei will deal with the problem of data shown in the application will be reliable for the lifetime of the PV installation.

    You can also check the data directly from the inverter as it is done here , it is more convenient to check using the FusionHome application downloaded from GooglePlay, all provided that the installer has not changed the default password (00000a), if so, ask for it.

    How to install the FusionSolar app on a Lenovo Android tablet? I kind of downloaded the Huawei AppGallery app and then FusionSolar and installed it, but I don't have it anywhere on my desktop? Does it only work on Huawei devices?

    Hello, no data in the FUSION SOLAR application since approximately October 05, 2022, inverter and dongle connected, configuration done correctly, connection to the router also correct and does not show production data etc, I reinstalled the app, both on the iPhone and on Android to no avail. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

    what is your connection status with the management system? what apk version? maybe you have the wrong server set up

    Thanks for taking up the topic, everything lights up green when configuring, the apk version is the latest one on the app store 6.23.00.125, and the server is nowhere to be seen or I don't know how to check what it is

    Added after 5 [hours] 32 [minutes]:

    Physically disconnecting the Sdongle from the steam inverter and reconnecting it helped.
