Resolving Device from Unauthorized Channel Error on Huawei SUN2000 Inverters

    Three years ago when there was a crisis for inverters we imported Huawei inverters directly from China, model SUN2000 40KTL-M3 and SUN2000 50KTL-ZHM3, and we have already installed about 50 pieces of these inverters
    At the moment we have a problem with the installation of those inverters in North Macedonia, during installation we receive the following message "Device from unauthorized channel detected". Access denied"
    Please help me

    Please note that your device was purchased from China so it doesn’t have the valid warranty, therefore we cannot provide the service.
