    Hi,

I'm new here. I'm Guillaume. I'm discovering that there are self-help sites. It's great!

Here's my problem: I just bought a used Toshiba TV 55v5863dg and I can't install Spotify.

I've tried to update it, but it tells me it's up to date from 2020.

Would you have an update to install by USB key to install Spotify?

    Thanks in advance.

HELLO, I don't know much about USB key.
Spotify is available as a mobile app and can also be accessed through a web browser on computers.
And Spotify can be used on a Toshiba TV 55v5863dg if the TV has the capability to install and run apps. However, it’s important to note that not all smart TVs support the Spotify app. You can check if your Toshiba TV supports Spotify by navigating to the app store on your TV and searching for Spotify. If it is available, you can download and install the Spotify app on your TV to enjoy music streaming.

To resolve your issue, I would recommend the following steps:
*Check if your TV model supports Spotify. Some older models may not have the capability to install certain apps.
*Ensure that your TV’s firmware is up to date. You mentioned that you have already tried updating it, but if the latest update available is from 2020, it’s possible that Spotify may not be compatible with your TV.
*If your TV supports the installation of additional apps, try searching for Spotify in the TV’s app store. If it’s not available, it may not be supported on your TV model.
If none of these steps work, I suggest reaching out to Toshiba customer support or referring to the TV’s user manual for further assistance. They will be better equipped to provide you with specific guidance for your TV model.
