Sorry I don't understand what you mean ?.

I did what Querij told me to do and they e-mailed me a bin file, I put it on a usb and plugged it into the tv and then power on the tv
the power light started to flash on blue and red and the screen remained blue, I left it like this for about 45 mins and nothing happened so tried another Usb memory stick and this did the same.
I have got a working mainboard coming in the post, so will have to see when I change that.

I have swapped out the mainboard that came from eBay today, but the TV is the same. Power on the TV, red light, then switch on TV blue power light and blue screen but nothing else. Can't get menu on TV. Any idea please? TV with a blue screen, no image displayed.

Could it be the technika screen inverter or even the screen faulty?

    Hi Querij
I got the bin file from that link you gave me, please explain is it the wrong bin file or just named incorrect and could it be renamed ?.
What about the other main board that I got off eBay and swapped out, the TV did exactly with that in.
I can't get no menu or no signal on screen, just a blue screen.
    Thanks for any help.

FAQ

TL;DR: For Technika 32G22B‑HD on TP.MS3463S.PB711, use a one‑file USB update—"uses an MSD3463 file to update." [Elektroda, querij, post #20816446]

Why it matters: It guides Technika/UMC owners stuck on a blue screen to the correct MSD3463 update path and actionable next steps.

Quick Facts

Which firmware file name should TP.MS3463S.PB711 use?

Use the update file named MSD3463_S.bin for this chassis. Ensure the filename matches exactly to trigger the USB update on boot. [Elektroda, querij, post #20816333]

What does "uses an MSD3463 file to update" actually mean?

"Chassis TP.MS3463S.PB711 uses an MSD3463 file to update." It confirms this board expects MSD3463‑based firmware. Request or select firmware from the MSD3463 family for compatibility. [Elektroda, querij, post #20816446]

How do I perform a USB firmware update when there’s no menu?

Try this:
  1. Copy the provided .bin to a USB stick.
  2. Insert USB, then power on the TV.
  3. Watch indicators; in this case the LED flashed blue/red and the screen turned blue, but no change occurred after waiting. This reflects the OP’s observed steps and outcome. [Elektroda, Mcvicar, post #20805887]

The TV shows a blue screen with blinking LEDs—what does that indicate?

In this case, the screen went blue and the power LED flashed blue/red after starting the USB attempt, and nothing changed after about 45 minutes. That points to an update that did not complete. Recheck the provided file and naming. [Elektroda, Mcvicar, post #20805887]

How did support provide firmware in this case?

After requesting help, support emailed a .bin file. The user placed it on USB and attempted the update as instructed. If your set behaves the same, verify the filename advice for this chassis. [Elektroda, Mcvicar, post #20805887]

What should I send when asking UMC for firmware?

Send a clear photo of the LCD label. The helper explicitly advised taking the label photo and asking UMC for the correct software via their helpline. [Elektroda, querij, post #20805302]

Can someone repair a corrupt or “broken” original .bin?

Yes. A forum member offered to repair the original defective bin from TP.MS3463S.PB711. That route can help if your dumped firmware is damaged. [Elektroda, jeloi, post #20807237]

I swapped in an eBay mainboard and still get a blue screen—what does that tell me?

The OP reported the same red‑to‑blue LED and blue screen with no menu after a mainboard swap. That means the symptom persisted beyond a simple board replacement. Document your panel label and firmware path next. [Elektroda, Mcvicar, post #20808373]

What model and panel details should I include when requesting help?

Share the full set of identifiers: Technika 32G22B‑HD, chassis TP.MS3463S.PB711, and panel label LSC320AN10 65W2. These details help others match firmware. [Elektroda, Mcvicar, post #20804706]

How long should I wait before deciding the USB flash failed?

In the thread, nothing changed after about 45 minutes of a blue screen with flashing LEDs. If you see that behavior, revisit filename and source. Use MSD3463_S.bin for this chassis. [Elektroda, Mcvicar, post #20805887]

What file should I upload if I want forum-based repair help?

Upload the broken bin from your TP.MS3463S.PB711 board. A member asked specifically for the broken bin to assist. [Elektroda, jeloi, post #20805665]

Can I use Sharp-brand firmware on this Technika?

Do not assume cross‑brand compatibility. A helper said they only had Sharp software and directed users to UMC to get the correct Technika file. [Elektroda, querij, post #20805302]
