    Good evening.
I will join the topic in the context of my engine marked Δ230V / Y400V
1.5 kW. The motor is configured for power supply "in Δ".
    I connect this motor to a frequency converter powered by 1F 230V - 3x230V output. 2.2 kW
After applying the voltage (the inverter is configured at 50Hz and the operating voltage is 230V), it turns out that the motor has no torque.
In fact, without load, it rotates with the set acceleration and braking times. But after giving the load vector, the engine stops and hums. After configuring the connection, the engine in Y has trouble starting at all.
I tested the engine. Winding resistance correct. Moreover, connected directly to 380V, it is eager to work like a young horse.

I also replaced the frequency converter with 1F 230V - 3x230V output. 1.5 kW. Symptoms are the same.

And now I don't know where to look for the reason for this state of affairs.
Maybe some suggestions - thank you in advance.
