    Hi all!

I have this LCD television Blaupunkt 32/138Q-GB-11B4-EGBQPX-EU, with only a blue light screen.
I've tried the procedure of loading a pen with a firmware that I got here, but nothing happens, the screen stays and nothing more.

    Can anyone help?

When a television, especially an LCD TV like your Blaupunkt 32/138Q-GB-11B4-EGBQPX-EU, displays only a blue screen, it could be indicative of various issues such as a malfunctioning internal component, a software problem, or a display-related issue.

Here are steps you could take to troubleshoot this problem:

Check the Cable Connections: Ensure that all cable connections, including the power cable and any other connected devices such as a cable box, DVD player, or gaming console, are secure. Try disconnecting and reconnecting cables to rule out any loose connections.

Test Different Inputs: If you have multiple input sources (HDMI, VGA, etc.), try switching between the different inputs to see if the issue persists across all of them.

Perform a Power Cycle: Turn off the TV, unplug it, and leave it unplugged for at least a few minutes. Then, plug it back in and turn it on to see if the issue persists.

Check for Software Updates: If your TV has an available firmware update, installing it might resolve the issue. However, as you've tried a firmware update already, it seems that the problem may not be related to software.

Factory Reset: If possible, try performing a factory reset of the TV by following the instructions provided in the user manual. This can often resolve software-related issues.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, there may be a hardware issue with the TV that requires professional attention. Given that you've tried a firmware update without success, it's possible that the issue might be beyond a simple software fix.

Finally, for complicated technical issues, especially related to firmware and hardware, seeking help from a professional TV repair service or contacting the manufacturer's support directly may be the best course of action. They can provide more specialized diagnostics and repair assistance based on the specifics of your TV model. For more electronic products, please visit zhschip

There are also other faults that require the use of a meter.
