Hello. I don't know how to connect a device (LED +-) 12 V to this switch, is it possible at all? I have connected the DC power supply as described in the +/- and the switch responds, but I don't know where to connect the + and where to connect the -, of the device the switch is supposed to...

You need to bridge (wire) from the + of the power supply to the OUT1 pin (second from the left). Then, from OUT2 (third from the left), you step off to the + of the diode and the minus of the diode to the minus of the power supply.
