Rug doctor mighty pro x3 reset button stuck in on position but does not work at all, nearly new.

Dear elektroda, I have a Rug Doctor Mighty Pro X3 that's reset button is stuck in the on position and it does not work at all. Please, can you help me? My electronics knowledge is not great. I own the volt/amp etc meters. I'm a quick learner. Thanks. Very professional, easy to understand channel. Thank you.

Was this failure from getting jammed and triggering some power trip breaker?

Is this released by a breaker reset button that you state is stuck ON meaning power is OFF all the time?

If so, then some fault may have triggered this condition and now the breaker is at fault, if I understand.

If poking at the reset button does not work, please give more details on the history of the fault and why it failed, so I can understand if this is a mechanical or electrical issue or both at fault or something else.
