Sharp LC-40CFG6352E Firmware Needed: Incorrect Colors & Upside Down Panel Issue

    The problem is with this model of TV, namely a black screen with a backlight. There is apparently an altered motherboard, as the sticker on the board shows a different matrix model to the TV. Symptoms are that when switched on, the white LED and backlight come on, but no picture.

    The matrix is JE400D3HD1UX/1 and the sticker on the board is LSC400HN02

    Please help, regards.

    install the correct software
    copy the files allupgrade_6486_aes_U.bin and UMC_KMODE.txt on an empty usb stick
    insert the usb stick in the tv, then plug the AC mains, and then switch on the tv: an update bar should appear

    if a letter K appears on the screen: tv is in factory mode
    enter in service mode with the sequence MENU 1147, then Init TV or Shipping Init and press ok to reset the tv

    Disconnect the matrix half left and then right and see because I had a similar issue and there was a damaged matrix.
