hello i have a problem with a renault master 3 built in 2016 the rear wheel right always keeps dragging. The car has a new abs module only the mechanical part. new brake caliper, brake pads, and flexible, and handbrake cables... the lines have been flushed with brake cleaner. It gives no errors when you read it, when you jack up the bus you feel that the wheel is dragging. after a few seconds the pressure goes away and it runs freely again. it is also the only wheel that drags... the bearings have been checked and no play. what else could be wrong here?
AI: Have you checked the condition of the brake disc or rotor on the right rear wheel?
    Yes perfect
AI: Has there been any recent work done on the vehicle or any incidents that might have affected the wheel?
    No

First of all, if the wheel is blocked, unbolt the brake hose and you will know whether it is the pressure in the system or something crooked in the caliper. If there is pressure, continue to the master cylinder.

My guess is a faulty hose.

The hose is new...when I open the bleeder the wheel turns free again. They told me if the mastercylinder is bad I would have problems on more wheels.

    .
Unscrew the cable of this clamp at the ABS valve block itself, if the wheel starts to turn it's damage to the ABS, if not it's a delaminated hose

the problem is the wheel comes loose after a few seconds of riding. so i can never loosen it fast enough. the abs block has been overhauled and the mechanical part has been replaced. The brakelines are flushed...new flexible.

I mean after a standstill the wheel comes loose while driving it seems to build up more pressure

Even though you said the insulated bearings have been checked and have no play, they still might be slightly preloaded or tightening when hot.
Here’s how bearings could still cause issues:

If the bearing has internal drag (even without side-to-side play), it can make the rotor flex slightly.

That slight flex will push the brake pads just enough into the disc to cause light dragging after braking.

The problem has been solved. It turned out to be a blockage in a coupling between the iron pipes....

Topic summary

A 2016 Renault Master 3 exhibited persistent dragging of the right rear wheel despite replacement of the ABS module's mechanical part, brake caliper, pads, flexible brake lines, and handbrake cables, with no error codes detected. The wheel drag ceased temporarily when the bleeder valve was opened, indicating residual pressure in the brake system. Diagnostic suggestions included checking for pressure in the brake hose by unbolting it, inspecting the ABS valve block clamp cable for damage, and considering possible bearing preload or internal drag causing rotor flex. Ultimately, the issue was resolved by identifying and clearing a blockage in a coupling between the iron brake pipes, which was causing the intermittent pressure build-up and wheel dragging.
