Convert Volkswagen Tiguan 2012 TSI RNS 315 from US to EU Maps and Radio Frequencies

I need help from you guys.
My Volkswagen Tiguan 2012 TSI RNS 315 came from America, but I live in Macedonia.
I would like to convert it to EU with radio frequency and maps too if it's possible.
If anyone from you can tell me the procedure I would be grateful.
