solution manual to Thomas Lee’s book

Does anyone have the solution manual to the book, "The Design of CMOS Radio-Frequency Integrated Circuits", by Thomas Lee?

I used that book in one of my college classes 10 years ago. It is a pretty good book. I think I was looking for the solution manual back then too.

I have a question. How do you find the equivalent input noise voltage and current of a common-emitter amplifier? We know that there are three noise sources in BJTs, which are shot noise in Base and Collector and the flicker noise. I also know that we'd better use the superposition principle to consider the effect of each of these sources one by one; but i'm confused how to express the resulting input noise as the equivalent noise voltage and current!

Also don't forget to include the noise due to the biasing resistors in the small signal model. Where the noise of the resistor is:

You should have 5 sources in the small signal model for a common-emitter amplifier.

You should be able to find the output noise voltage due to each noise source (5 output voltages one per noise source). This is true even for the noise sources that are currents. Using superposition with that current noise source find the output voltage noise. In the end using superposition you should have 5 output noise voltages that you have calculated and add them. Since they are squared mean it is like an RMS value after adding them.

the question is how to express the total noise in terms of an equivalent input noise voltage and input noise current. I know how to find the total noise voltage; but I can't figure out how to express it using voltage + current.
