Make a little drawing of the situation and what is asked, draw in all the values and look up how to do the math in your textbook/educational materials. Don't be afraid to spend an hour on reading and understanding it. If it all seems gibberish, slow down your brain first, drink some water, do some breathing.
You should be able to figure it out.
