please give me the internal logic circuit and working of an IC DG470(analog switch). icant find this in its datasheet

Datasheets are there to tell you *what* something does, not *how*.

There are various ways to implement a analog switch. I don't now how it's done in that chip, but it doesn't matter anyway for designing with it. Read the datasheet and understand what this part needs and its limitations, then either design with that or find a different switch that has more suitable specs.

Guessing how something works inside and then "filling in" datasheet parameters can get you into trouble.
