seeking guidance..

good morning everybody..my name is Rohan Damodar and i am a third year BE student(Electrical and Electronics Engineering) in B.M.S COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING BANGALORE.
my question is nothing related to any technical help..instead i want your help to make me start asking technical questions with you..i mean i want your guidance about how to start and what to start since i am all confused..it would be of great help if you would guide me..thank you..
P.S: i dnt knw whom this question would address so kindly oblige if any mistake done in language or action.

What exactly is confusing to you?

Instead of asking about asking questions in general, ask about what you actually want to know about or are confused about. Keep each question reasonably specific to what you want to know. A overly broad question like "Explain electronics to me" isn't going to get any meaningful answers.

Yes sir..I got the point..i am using this site for the first time and i didnt know how it works..this mistake wont happen again and the later questions will be only regarding the doubts in the subject..

It would take 4 video inputs and create a single video split into 4 quadrants.
But I want proper circuit diagram of complete video quad processor/viewer. I need to know how IC’s and other interfaces connected to each other.
