Are you planning on using multiple switches for the inputs. I would start with a truth table and then design your logic circuit. The circuit will depend upon the combination code.
I would be using some switches that are all labelled for each 1 digit number but I'm not sure how I'm going to make the truth table so that you would have to close each switch in a certain order
