I've recently released a new product designed for robotics and special effects that some of you might find useful: http://www.gimsonrobotics.co.uk/GR01_planetary_gearmotor.html
As the website explains it's a DC motor and gearbox designed to provide a compact yet high-powered automation solution.
We're only a small business aiming to produce niche products for the hobbyist market so would appreciate any feedback- would you find this product useful? Or perhaps could it be improved?

These look like great! I've often had to resort to windshield wiper motors from Ebay to give the same sort of "out-of-the-box" drop in solution.

Would be great to see a few more models of different size motors.

Due to minimum viable quantities of the mounting parts being as they are we're having to stick to '500' sized motors for now but hope to have 540 (lower current and power, inc. 18V version) and 600 (greater power, notably torque) motors in stock soon which won't need modification of the gearbox parts.

This is a great website by the way, been reading through many of the articles with interest, appreciate your part in producing it!
