I am a diploma in mechnical engg student. I want to control 4DC motors using a Aurdino ATmega8 micro controller. The speed varies how can i rotate all the motor at a very high speed. I want to know the program if you can help?

You should look into using an Arduino motor controller "shield". Here's one that's available from Adafruit Industries that should drive 4 DC motors as you've requested. The motor shield kit should include enough sample code to get you started.
