Please i want also pcb & also want new project of Video+Sound at least 1 KM range using powerful but simple IC with simplest available component this is my request plz some one publish.

What do you want ? I can't really understand ...

A circuit that can transmit video and sound over 1 km ? How ? Through a cable ? Wireless ? What kind of video signal ? (analog (PAL/NTSC) or digital(480p/i, 720p , 1080p)) ?
