class-F power amplifier design

Could u tell me how to do the output matching circuit for a class-F power amplifier??
I am designing a class-F PA tuned to 2.4GHz using 180nm CMOS technology.
The software used is LTSpice .This is my final year project and I am unable to proceed further with the output matching network .

What are the impedances you need to match? I would look at a T, Pi, or L matching LC circuit. Also check out this online "impedance matching calculator":http://www.eeweb.com/toolbox/l-match

google CLASS F AMPLIFIER and you will find plenty of application notes and articles for or near the frequency range you are interested in.

You can also use SPICE. If you do not have a model of the transistor you can use a pulsed current load having the expected conduction angle. Then build your impedance matching network to obtain maximum efficiency into a 50 ohm load.

You can use the SPICE FFT function to explore harmonics and adjust your impedance matching network, add low pass filters, or transmission line stubs to attenuate the harmonics.
