1 HP = 0.735 kW. Therefore 25 HP = 18.642 kW.

Current = Power / Voltage = 18.642 kW / 460VAC rms = 40.5A rms

Since 460V is expressed in rms (root mean square), calculating for 50Hz will yield the same result as 60Hz.
