All you have to consider is power out=power in plus an allowance for losses.
This sets the power for the battery, you have a defined voltage, which sets the current.
As Kevin said, how you get there is an altogether difficult issue. The first is how long do you want the system to run off batteries only, I assume you are talking about short term battery backup. That sets the ampere hour capacity needed.
Back up in this case would be better done with an engine powered 3 phase alternator.
You are talking about a high capacity DC to AC converter, the currents are very high, so losses will be comparatively high as well, you are talking big copper busses everywhere to keep losses down.
An indication of what you are trying to achieve would be useful.
