Ich have a problem with the LTC1264 Universal Filter Building Block. It is an integrated Switch Capacitor.
I've tried to build a working circuit like the one in the datasheet on page 13 - Linear Phase Clock-Tunable to 400 kHz, Dual 4th Order Lowpass Filter. I've used the wiring in the upper half of the picture that means column B and C in the table. I use a power supply, a oscilloscope and a arbitrary waveform generator. The supply voltage is +-2,5V, the clock is +-1,5V at 500kHz, the input voltage is +-0,75V. I use a prebuild ic breadboard, no special layout. What about the tolerances of the resistors and capacitors ? Instead of the values in the table I have used slightly different values (Column B) like 18k (R1), 27k (R2), 20k(R3), 51k(R4) from the E24 series (5% tolerance). I can get no output signal. Does this mean that the IC is destroyed or can this have other reasons ?
