PIC12F629 IR On/Off Switch Project: MPLAB Build Issues with Pickit 2 Programmer

hi gus ive tried programming 12f629 using mplap pickit 2 no luck will not build some one said it might be the mplab might be trying 2 clocks. can u maybe send the whole zip file for this mplab pickit 2
