Can you include your current circuit diagram so we can help you modify it?

You can draw out the diagram using Digi-Key Scheme-it.

How about using a tri-color LED to have it change color based on the voltage. This would allow for quite a range of voltages based on the color.

Yea, use a different series of LEDs to indicate the upper range, DUH! You're the guy from yesterday with the big secret design that you don't want anyone to know about.

Ok ive added an image of the circuit... what type of tricolor LEDs do you recommend? Part number?

I'm not understanding your circuit - to wire up component you just need to hover your mouse over a pin in Scheme-it to start a wire connection - no need to use the line tool which it looks like you're doing.

For a tri-color LED, just about anyone will work.

Yes, if you have the space - I like Earl's idea. You can create a LED bar with various levels. This schema is common for sound levels in professional audio equipment to detect clipping levels.

try now I modified the diagram... I am using big resistance 2m and 1m and then I am using capacitors ... Ds are breaover 28V each to give me a total breakover of about 300V

I want to measure 0 -50KV ....the problem is that after after lights starts turning on (300V) everything works well but when I get to 2KV the blinking is too fast to notice the difference after that... will the tri color LEDs tolerate such a high voltage?
