At what level? The complete solid-state physics? Models used in diode/transistor circuit design? Troubleshooting diode/transistor circuits? A rudimentary "How Stuff Works" treatment?
my level is student of Elec eng and i have a course name's Electronic 1 that all of that is about diode and transistor but i don't understand How diode and transistor work in Circuit ......
I once had an excellent book on this subject (gave it to a friend). I can't find it on Amazon, but it was called something like, How to Troubleshot Transistor Circuits. It had a great explanation of how a transistor works and how to use it in circuit.
