hii guys! i've been training in a firm that manufactures hydroelectric turbines and alternators alongwith their protection panels. I've come through the science of automation involved in the assembling of protection panels........i would like to get some ideas on a project that can be related to the field i am training in......pls help
If there are any other suggestion for any interesting electrical and electronics project... suggestions are welcome

Can you describe more about the "Protection Panels?"

basically they are seperate protection panels for generator(GRMP), transformer(TRMP), line protection and unit protection panels......they consist of arrangement of mcbs, contractors and relays alongwith other devices like master trip relays......its quite complicated

If you think that is complicated then i arrears i subject from my list for you ( MMPT dc/dc converter).
So that stays over is eff. multi phase permanent magnet alternates.

and peter i didnt get u...maybe the blame is on grammar....
also the dc/dc converter idea is more of electronic than electrical project( wat i feel)

i wnt to make a project that is more of electrical core.....
