What a waste of a processor why such a large processor to do one single job ?
Why didn’t use the LC2942-1A with integral sense resistor ?
You must have copied the diagram did you do the design yourself?
If you didn’t do the diagram yourself why did you use this processor it seems vastly over designed to achieve your final aims and also if you knew how to put this together hardware wise forgive me for asking but why are you asking us to give the code to do this Surely if you knowledge is this extensive you would know how to do this Its only I2C protocol Its Not that difficult why the DC to DC converters Why didn’t you use a smaller device with USB interface chip instead
Its overly complicated for what you want to achieve No wonder your asking for someone to write the code for you

I think you should go back to the drawing bourd myself and think though your design and your work and what you expect to learn from this
Hi., Thank for you prompt reply. Our controller works with some other Peripherals.But still LTC2941 based battery level monitoring part of the Project only my consideration. Hence now i configure and establish the TWI communication between the LTC2941 and AT32UC3A3. Now what are the steps to write a code for the LTC2941 based battery level measuring.
