Strobing LED’s with functions

Hi
A friend and I want to make a circuit that can make 64 5mm LED's blink, and for that purpose I thought of using a 555 timer and some mosfets. That's the simple part of it we have some other requirements:
* we need it to be able to blink for at least 30 seconds and then turn off
* Extend the blinking time
* A delay on 5 seconds from the button is pressed to the LED's turn on
* And be able to run on a 7,4v lipo battery

We have the LED's on prints at the moment, so all we need is a circuit that can handle the timing and blinking.

I don’t think you need help with this Read your own question back to yourself and then ask yourself what exactly do i stand to gain from this exorcise What will I learn from not doing any research myself What else can I learn at the same time if I actually bothered to do any work myself with respect to this

I do I personally think That’s why your not as successful as you should be but that entirely my opinion of all of this No disrespect but I see this all the time as well inclusive British companies and I can now honestly say Well unfortunately they thought they were going to beat the world and guess what the world is now beating them Now I wonder why that is

What a waste hence your companies are closing Business according to yourselves is bad but its not its just simply your very own doing all the time How sad and Now of course now what you think is that everyone is going to rush round you like little flies and great big fat ticks just as they do in African fields jumping on all the lively stock sucking there blood and feeing on society holding your hands out beg , beg , beg and of course you wanted all these answers for nothing too Aaaah yes Its all coming true the end of the world is close at hand and so you arguments are escalating your engineers are fed up with your companies and they fed up with your suppliers and none of the information is documented in full Oh dear , Oh shucky wucky Life is a bitch isn’t it
