I have an electromagnet Vibration Shaker. It have one fix Magnet with variable poles (powered by AC supply) One Armature coil (only moving part of shaker) third part is copper lining.around the moving area of armature coil.
Can any person guide me for function of each above mentioned parts.

I would imagine the coil functions as an electromagnet, and as the current changes polarity then the coil will be attracted or repelled by the magnet thereby causing the "shaking".
