Toshiba XS9631 datasheet availability and possible alternative sources

can anyone help where can i find the datasheet of a toshiba device XS9631? have been searching for that datasheet to no avail. i have search the toshiba web but there was none. this device is used in a ktc tablet. could this device possibly a fake? tnx for the help

The attached patch to color_space.pp eliminates those warnings.
