Hi,
Well, I am in this early prototype phase in the development of a contactor. The spec and design says I am supposed to test the Interrupting current limit of the contactor. The contactor works in the basis of electromagnetism, a magnet coil magnetizes and pushes the contacts to make and then break. It requires high voltage and low current testing - 4500v 80amps. I am confused with this test. How can it be possible to perform this test?
